ISG was selected to perform a comprehensive impact evaluation of the Enhanced Productivity Program in Jordan – a $220MM USD effort overseen by the Jordanian Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation since 2001. The evaluation provided an exhaustive look at the EPP’s programming across the entire country as well as a review of MOPIC and partner organization’s management.
ISG assessed the extent to which the EPP, as a key national program, has succeeded in meeting its set developmental objectives and its core goal of enabling the poor and empowering individuals and communities to build and sustain businesses and opportunities leading to the improvement of the quality of their life. ISG also assessed the internal composition of the EPP, its management, components and projects, and to identify whether the current structure of its management has led to effective achievement of its objectives and goals.
The fieldwork included country-wide qualitative and quantitative surveying, high-level interviews with stakeholders, and resulted in three comprehensive reports at the project, pillar, and overall program levels.
