The Unites States Institute of Peace has selected ISG to perform assessments of three grant-based projects in Iraq.

For each of the three projects, ISG will seek to:

• Assess the program’s impact measured against the chosen indicators;
• Assess the effectiveness of the methodology/process used by USIP and the grantee;
• Assess grantee’s capacity to carry out planned functions;
• Determine potential impact(s) on beneficiary group(s);
• Determine grantee’s potential for sustaining the projects following the cessation of USIP funding;
• Asses grantee’s methods and use of best practices in regards to transparency and accountability; and
• Make key recommendations from lessons learned that will improve future programming and remaining activity under the grant.

ISG will deliver a comprehensive evaluation report of findings and a set of recommendations to improve future programming and remaining activity under the grant.
